The Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) in collaboration with the Tourism Confederation of Tanzania (TCT) presented the International Marketing Strategy to Ambassadors whose countries are among the major tourist source markets for Tanzania.
The event, held at the Serena hotel in Dar es salaam last night, was aimed at introducing the strategy to the diplomatic corps and seeks their cooperation in the implementation of the strategy in their respective countries. Among the countries which are targeted in the International Marketing strategy include the United Kingdom, United States of America, Germany, Italy, France, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, and Spain.
South Africa,India, China, Russia, Turkey, Brazil and the Gulf countries will also be monitored closely.
